Technical description:     

DSD NOELL designed, supplied and erected 8 penstocks with diameters between 6.0 and 7.25 m with a total weight of approx. 27,000 tons and a total length of approx. 2,400 m for the largest hydroelectric power plant of the world built at that time.
      
In addition DSD NOELL did the design for several radial- , roller- and slide gates which were fabricated and erected under the supervision of DSD NOELL like the stoplogs, intake trashracks and 2 power house cranes.
